Georgian Bakery & Cafe is a family owned and operated establishment serving a large assortment of baked goods! Using Traditional Georgian Bread Ovens they make delectable foods like khachapuri, khinkali, and Georgian pierogies. WHICH ARE GIANT! I highly recommend stopping in for a few pierogies, and at just under $5 each you can practically eat here everyday!
The bakery has quite outstanding food to say the least! In addition there’s a small market with one of the largest selections of authentic Georgian cheeses, sauces, and spices, as well as other imported goods to choose from! This is great spot to enjoy a quick breakfast, lunch, or sit-down dinner! Besides maintaining one of the cleanest kitchens I've ever seen, the menu offered is the best value of any Georgian or Eastern European Restaurant in Philly!
In fact the value is so great, that this years 2024-2025 Best Value Award goes to Georgian Bakery and Café, for providing some of the most delicious food for the most reasonable prices! You can eat here for just $10-15 which is a bargain considering the delightfully authentic menu offered! Despite the low prices everything is baked fresh from scratch every day!
